The Three Seconds Rule

I often spend time with my dear friend and Kung Fu Master Steven Rueberer. Steven is also a stunt man, playing in movies like Death Race and The Punisher. During our long conversations, between the moments of pure innocent almost childish laughter, we discuss ways in which we can actually manifest more of what want in our lives. Also, we want to be able to create more miracles in other people lives. We both believe in the power of thoughts and that the mind rules over the matter.
Steven told me about a lesson he used to give when teaching a course on seduction. It is called the three seconds rule. What it states basically is that, as soon as a man would see the girl he would want to ask out on a date; he should walk and talk to her within three seconds. The reason being that, within those three seconds, the body is in motion towards a positive result and the doubtful mind has not had yet the time to kick in with negative thoughts about the action. Therefore, within that time frame, the person is confident about the outcome, feels totally positive and gives out the energy that will enable him to succeed. Past the three seconds, the doubt starts troubling the action and the same person might seem much less confident which, as a result will probably create the circumstances of the girl refusing what she would have agreed to when the man was more confident.
Steven then suggested we could apply that to the law of attraction. As most of you know, especially if you have watched "The Secret", the law of attraction is about attracting in your life everything that you desire, whether it is love, money, health and all the rest. To be able to attract what you want only by the pure imagination or mental skills; a lot of different types of mental abilities are required. You have to be obsessed by what you want yet grateful of what you have; you need to feel positive about having what you want and actually feeling the happiness of having it while thinking about it even though you don't have it yet; you need to be receptive and faithful that the Universe will give you anything; you have to also be detached from the "how" you are going to acquire what you want and just let go of the outcome.
